Payment Methods

Products from Ooh La La Buckles on line store cannot be purchased with cash or money orders. All purchases made online and payments for online orders must be made with either Mastercard or Visa. Your order will be confirmed and a receipt will be sent to you, both by e-mail. If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us via e-mail at info@oohlalabuckles.com or by telephone so that we may be of assistance. If you would prefer to make your purchase in person, call me for an appointment at, (904) 424-0490. Business hours are Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Sometimes we are away from the phone so please leave a message with your name and phone number.

Ooh La La Buckles will not use your information for anything other than to contact you if you need help or have any questions. Periodically, we may use your information to update you on our web site or products but we will not sell, market or make public your information. Our store site is certified SSL (basically, we’ve used a secured site).

Delivery Turn Around

Orders will be shipped 5 to 7 days, or sooner, depending on availability. Your purchases will be sent U.P.S. Ground. Most orders will arrive a few days after that. The $8.00 shipping charge is for the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii and NOT INTERNATIONALLY (higher charges will apply for those).

Shipping is free on orders over $250.00.
